There’s a nice article on Blake Lewis in the Ventura Star today called Blake Lewis Takes Creative Control.
Blake was the runner up on the 6th season of American Idol and has been working hard to get the word out about his new album, which comes out next week. He cowrote 12 of the 13 songs on the new album and says, “I’m the first person, really, to have creative control coming off of American Idol.”

Ok so I am a huge Blake fan from the little island across the ocean.. otherwise known as the uk! I got the album on pre order from the states because this was one musical sensation I was NOT going to miss and WOW … it is great! I love the album and the whole mix of styles and hope Blake makes it across here to promote the album and to tour… I am first in line for tickets! We want more!!!!!
