A couple weeks ago Robin Thicke asked his SayNow fans to call and tell him why they should get free tix to his April 10th show in New York.

This fan from Brooklyn, NY called and said he wanted to propose to his girlfriend at the concert.

Dave Melillo from Cute is What We Aim For took a live call from a fan earlier this week and sent us this video! The deal was, she had to sing for him and in exchange he’d sing for her :-)

That’s Polly who works out of our LA office (actually she *is* our LA office). She showed the Jonas Brothers how to call their SayNow fans and talk to them LIVE.

Here’s a lucky fan who got a call back! (yep we’re officially in the business of granting wishes :-)

And here’s one not-so-lucky gal - she, unfortunately, was not sleeping by her phone like she should have been.

Loren and Jonathan (2 of our awesome SayNow community mavens) were down at Bamboozle over the weekend where they met a cool band A Bird A Sparrow and showed them how to call fans back with our iPhone app. Here’s a recording of the band trying it out for the first time!

As a lot of you probably know, the Jonas Bros 3d Concert Experience opened last Friday! The brothers asked fans to send photos of themselves at the movie from their phones and needless to say, thousands and thousands of photos streamed in all weekend (and are still streaming in). Here are just a few. You guys came through!

The brothers will be calling a few lucky ones later this week :)

Every so often, it’s fun to do a vanity check on YouTube to see what folks are saying about you. Here are a couple gems we discovered.

A video of some Debby Ryan fans leaving her a message from their car.

This one’s from someone called OMFGitsJUSTIN telling people to call him.

And this one’s not much of a video but is still hilarious. Crazy girls.

Scene Aesthetic is a talented acoustic two-man band from Seattle (featuring Andrew de Torres and Eric Bowley) and they liked a message from one of their fans so much, Eric called her back and played a demo of their new music for her!

Last week, after the inauguration, Soulja Boy asked his fans what they’d like Barak Obama to change and here are a couple responses from some of his fans.

We just found this video that an Article A fan posted to YouTube a couple weeks ago after getting a voice message from the band - not just a broadcast message out to everyone, but a personal reply just to her. She had a teenie attack she says.

So yeah.
They did.
And I had a teenie attack.
And ran downstairs and screamed and startled my whole family.
But who cares.
Because they called me.

Sweet. Russell from Nice Guys Finish First, recently called one of his fans back and here’s how it turned out. (Apparently she was *just* complaining about how cell phones suck before he called and has since changed her mind :-)

Nice Guys Finish First is actually just one 17 yr old guy (that would be Russell) who lives on Long Island and has built a loyal following on MySpace. In one week over 700 fans called his SayNow number and he’s responded to over 90 of them personally! Go Russell!

Ryan Leslie is a super talented songwriter and producer who’s going to be releasing his own album in June. He’s worked with artists like Beyoncé, Britney Spears, Cassie, Danity Kane, Diddy, Snoop Dogg, Donell Jones, Katharine McPhee, New Edition and Usher…so it’s not surprising that when people call and hear his message on SayNow, they go into full-on-American-Idol-mode! I was listening to some of Tyrese’s fan messages while I was on the train this morning and came across this super nice one. Good luck Courtney!! We’re rootin’ for ya :-)

This feature just went live on our home page last week. You can now listen to public voice messages that come in as they come in AND see where they’re coming from.

Just press the play button where it says “Incoming Voice Messages” in the sidebar on our home page to listen. I usually have it playing during the day while I’m working to give me a sense of what people are saying and what they care about.

It’s usually interesting, sometimes hilarious, and every so often, heartbreaking. Here are a few messages I listened to today.
